A plastic baseball makes up the base of this toy and the 2mm chain, and washers on the bottom of the chain are all stainless steel. The "tweet" is an untreated wooden pine wheel that is wrapped up in colorful paper like a piece of candy. Untreated 1/8" leather is then used to fasten the "tweet" to the ball. Great for large to medium sized birds.
